Tobia and his team have been amazing.
From the very beginning, they were professional, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Finding a home in Amsterdam can be challenging, but they made everything much easier and less stressful.

They really took the time to understand what I was looking for, provided excellent advice, and were always available to answer my questions. Thanks to their dedication and support, I was able to find a place that I’m very happy with.

My experience with Trudoor was truly excellent. Tobia and his team are highly qualified and have a deep understanding of the Dutch market. Thanks to their expertise, I found my house in Amsterdam in just ONE WEEK.

Before every viewing, Tobia and his team would send me a detailed report on the property's expected value trend over the coming years, along with an assessment of its current value and condition. This meant I walked into every viewing already knowing everything about the property and exactly which questions were worth asking.

Trudoor supported me through every step of the buying process: from suggesting the right houses, to financial advice, to planning the signing of the deed. The whole process was smooth and made it so much easier to navigate Amsterdam's hyper-competitive buying market.

I couldn't recommend Trudoor more highly to anyone looking to buy a home in Amsterdam. Especially to expats!

What a great journey

Since we had no knowledge of the Dutch RE market, we totally relied on Trudoor team. From start to finish, they were guiding us through the entire process of buying our first apartment in Amsterdam, always giving us helpful advice and honest opinions along the way, even when we faced difficulties for personal constraints.

Special mention for Tobia, who was wonderful - friendly, professional, responsive, and always happy to help. We felt supported throughout the entire journey and knew we could count on him and his team whenever we had a question or needed some guidance.

Thank you all for making such an important and exciting experience so smooth and enjoyable. We’re really grateful for all your help and support throughout this adventure!
We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Trudoor acted as our agents for house-hunting in Amsterdam. The experience was excellent from start to finish. They found us the perfect match in just one week. They handled everything with great professionalism. They ran thorough checks and verifications throughout the process. Communication was clear at every step. This took a huge amount of stress off our plate.
They were well worth the price for the quality of service and speed of results. I highly recommend them to anyone searching for a home in Amsterdam.

Tobia and his team have been more than wonderful. He has been so helpful in every step of the way and I have felt very safe and looked after. Every document Tobia reviewed and made sure all is clear and in line. Also the collaboration with the mortgage advisor which Tobia suggested was wonderful.
I have truly only good things to say about the collaboration with trudoor and would suggest it to anyone!

Excellent experience with Tobia and Trudoor

I couldn’t recommend Tobia and Trudoor more highly. From the very beginning, Tobia was incredibly professional, transparent and genuinely committed to helping us find the right home.

He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and continuously adapted the search based on our needs and feedback. He was always extremely responsive, clear in his communication and available whenever we needed him, which made the whole process incredibly smooth.

What impressed me most was how personally involved he was throughout the entire process. He genuinely cares about his clients and goes well beyond simply showing properties, he follows you through every step and makes sure you always know what is happening.

Thanks to Tobia’s dedication and responsiveness, we managed to find our new home and complete the entire process in just one month, which was honestly much faster than we expected.

A real professional who truly puts his clients first. If you’re looking for someone reliable, knowledgeable, responsive and genuinely invested in finding the right property for you, I would wholeheartedly recommend Tobia and Trudoor.

Great professionals, in less than 3 weeks they had already found 30+ apartments with the specs I was looking for, narrow them down only to the good properties, and negotiated with the owner.
Everything is shared, and they never leave you by yourself, always available and competent in every step, and very, very important, I was heard from the beginning.
Already mid process I was sharing their contact with colleagues and friends, and it is completely deserved, thank you all, Trudoor

We had a wonderful experience with Tobia from start to finish. He guided us throughout the entire home-buying process and provided excellent support at every stage.

He patiently answered all the many questions we had, always took the time to explain things clearly, and communicated with all the different parties involved on our behalf. This made the entire process much easier and far less stressful for us.

We truly appreciate his professionalism, patience, responsiveness, and dedication throughout our journey. A big thank you to him and the entire Trudoor team for all their help and support. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive buying agent!

An exceptional and highly knowledgeable professional. He guided us through the purchase of our home with absolutely impeccable work from start to finish. He truly knows his craft and instills great confidence. Serious, reliable, and always available. Five stars well and truly deserved!

Continuous and professional assistance. Excellent human relationship.

We were looking for a home to rent in Amsterdam with specific requirements and we came across Tobia through his Instagram channel and word of mouth. Our experience was very positive.

From the 1st contact, he was fast, methodical and always attentive to our needs.

We really appreciated the support network he provided, which made the whole process much smoother and more straightforward. Most of all, he went above and beyond our expectations, helping us resolve issues that were outside the scope of his role.

Communication was always clear and effective. We always felt well informed throughout the entire process.

We would absolutely recommend Tobia and Trudoor to anyone looking for a home in the Netherlands.

We were looking for an apartment for 4 months by ourselves and at some point it just started to feel… impossible.

Then we contacted Trudor, and things finally changed. The guys were honestly just amazing….super quick, always responsive, and they took care of all the hard parts, especially the negotiation. We were basically just sitting back and enjoying the flight while they handled everything.

And they made it happen.!!! The apartment is beautiful, exactly like I was visualizing! And tomorrow we get the keys!

We couldn’t be happier and are just really grateful. If you’re feeling stuck with your search, don’t lose hope, these guys really know what they’re doing.

Thank you so much!!!!

Finding an apartment in Amsterdam is not easy, but working with Tobia and the Trudoor team made a real difference.

From the beginning, they were professional, responsive, and always on time. What sets them apart is their mindset, instead of just trying to close a deal, they focused on finding solutions and supporting us throughout the entire process.

In a market where many agents seem driven by quick money, Tobia truly stands out by delivering real value.

If you’re looking for a reliable and professional real estate partner, Trudoor is definitely one of the best choices.

I had a signed offer within a week - which honestly says it all about how well things were handled from the start from Tobia.

But what I appreciated most was the network that comes with the agent. Buying a home involves so many moving parts beyond just the property itself, and having trusted contacts already lined up for the mortgage, notary, and everything in between made the whole process surprisingly stress-free.

Always available, always clear. I never felt left in the dark at any stage.

Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy in the Netherlands.

Very happy with our new place! Thank you:)
